2015 CrossFit Games 4th Fittest Masters Athlete/San Francisco Fire Professional Athlete/LivOn Labs Spokeswoman/CrossFit Mom

Passion: CrossFit

Philosophy: “Everything’s possible, so keep on dreaming and don’t give up on your dreams because someday it might just happen.”

Cheryl is proof that dreams can come true at any age. The 43-year old mother of 2 bounced back from an achilles injury at the 2013 Regionals to take 2nd at the 2014 CrossFit Games in her Masters Division. It was a huge year for Cheryl. She was the 3rd Master Female in the world pre-drafted by the San Francisco Fire for the Inaugural NPGL season.

Cheryl never gave up on her hopes of becoming a professional athlete. The 2-time national collegiate soccer champ dreamed of playing in a pro soccer league, but there was no league at the time. She got her second chance with CrossFit. After only 7 months of CrossFit training, Cheryl placed 13th overall at her first CrossFit Games in 2010. She's excited to go for the Fittest in the World title again. Cheryl placed first in the 2015 Worldwide Open for the competitive NorCal Region, and is gearing up for her 5th trip to the CrossFit Games.
