Cheryl Brost

2014 CrossFit Games 2nd Fittest Masters Athlete/San Francisco Fire Professional Athlete/CrossFit Mom

Cheryl Brost is proof that dreams can come true at any age. The 43-year old mother of 2 bounced back from an achilles injury at the 2013 Regionals to take 2nd at the 2014 CrossFit Games in her Masters Division. That led to Cheryl’s professional sports contract with the San Francisco Fire.

Cheryl never gave up on her hopes of becoming a professional athlete. The 2-time national collegiate soccer champ dreamed of playing in a pro soccer league, but there was no league at the time. She got her second chance with CrossFit. After only 7 months of CrossFit training, Cheryl placed 13th overall at her first CrossFit Games in 2010. She cherishes every moment, saying “Everything’s possible, so keep on dreaming and don’t give up on your dreams because someday it might just happen.”
